What data do we collect?

The information you enter in the forms (application, partnership, waiting list): identity, contact details, territory, profile and project. No bank documents are requested at the application stage.

Why?

To review your application, build the pool of entrepreneurs, measure demand by territory, answer a partnership request and, if you chose to, keep you informed about Sooba Group.

Sharing with a partner

An application does not automatically allow your file to be shared with a bank or any other partner. Such sharing requires your explicit, separate consent.

Communications

You only receive our news if you joined the waiting list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

No tracking or audience-measurement cookies. Four strictly functional cookies: “sooba_market” remembers the country detected when you arrived (one day); “sooba_geo” the country derived from your position, only if you accepted location access (30 days) — your position itself is neither kept nor shared with a third party, only the country code is kept; “sooba_locale” the language you chose (one year); and “sooba_candidate” keeps your verification for at most ten minutes, while your application is saved. Your display preference (light or dark theme) is stored locally in your browser.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, in line with the regulations applicable in your country.
